- Disconnect – Turn off all questionable media like Fox News, News Max, etc.
- Stop visiting questionable social media like Truth Social, Parlor, etc.
- Ignore everyone in the Republican Hall of Shame.
- Reject Trump-supporting religious leaders.
- Connect – Turn on pro-democracy media like Meidas Touch, Lincoln Project, etc.
- Verify – Demand proof that the 2020 election was stolen.
- Investigate – Research the backgrounds of Trump and his associates.
- Unbind – Objectively listen to Trump critics.
- Learn – Read one or more of these books by Trump insiders and historians.
- Investigate – Listen to Trump reports from mainstream media like CBS, ABC, and NBC.
- Compare – Watch videos on YouTube from former Trump supporters
